RETURN POLICY

  • Eligibility: Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.

  • Process: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@zestyzing.com. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items that are returned within 30 days of delivery and meet the eligibility criteria stated above.

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Store Credit

  • Eligibility: If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund for eligible returned items.

  • Validity: Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

5. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
